Considering recent events causing industry and client confusion, we emphasize the need to clarify any misunderstandings or misleads that may have occurred.

It has come to our attention that one entity having similar name to that of ours has created confusion in the industry and amongst our clients and partners. We are issuing this communication to arrest any such confusion / misunderstandings / mis-leads that may have transpired due to the same.

We are in the business of IT Consulting and IT Services for about 15 Years, and we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, professionalism, and client satisfaction. We only operate under the name and style of ‘Exalogic Consulting’, ‘Exact Logic Information Technology Consultancy’, ‘Exalogic Tech UK Limited’ and ‘Exalogico Systems and Services Private Limited’. We have offices in the below mentioned addresses (Table 1.0) and below mentioned are the only official websites of our entity (Table 2.0).

We hereby clarify and confirm that apart from aforesaid entities mentioned at Table 1.0, we have no other subsidiary or affiliates or associate companies. We are not associated with any other entities or brands with pre-fix or suffix ‘exalogic’.

We would like to further clarify and confirm that none of our co-founders, directors, cxo’s has any political affiliation or related to any political parties across geographies that we operate.

Hence, we urge you to exercise caution when you partner/engage with any entities similar to our name. We also, urge you to reach out to the undersigned for any further clarification.
